All the participants were present.
The Project Coordinator gave a short summary of the main goals, objectives and results of HIRMEOS.
Each Working Package leader then described his/her view of the implementation of the WP.
Aude Langlais (European project officer CNRS) provided a review of the administrative, legal and financial aspects of the Horizon 2020 programme.
The session was followed by some explanatory answers to questions.
